The Suffield Land Conservancy acquired Nicholson Nature Preserve in 2021. They refurbished some trails, do beekeeping, and cleared out a simple parking lot. There was however no nee A team was led to install a custom kiosk designed specifically for the property. This involved digging into the ground, assembling and staining the kiosk, and filling it with gravel. Now parkgoers are able to see information about the property, or anything of note posted by the Suffield Land Conservancy.
